The Project: 10 Years of City Business System Support, Administration, and Consulting
Our Plan of Action:
BIG provided project management for the tool stream of the HTE City Soft software. We configured, installed, administered, and supported the core business system for the city including, Public Works, Finance, The City Clerk’s Office, and POS. We played a key role in getting the library and the sports complex connected to City Hall. We provided consulting services for streamlining processes and reduced IT spend.
